With this preferential installment policy, you can easily own a modern and comfortable living space without having to pay the entire cost upfront. Notably, the program does not require document screening or proof of income – the procedures are quick and convenient  

1. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS

The installment policy applies to:

•  Interior design and construction contracts with a total value of 250-500 million VND.

•  Customers can pay up to 50% of the total contract value in installments.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

Understanding the diverse needs and payment habits of customers, Flexfit supports a full range of payment methods:

• Cash.
• Bank transfer.
• International payment cards (Visa, MasterCard,...).

Customers can choose the most appropriate and convenient method for them.

Note: a conversion fee of 1.3%/month on the installment value applies (the conversion fee is not applied if customers choose to pay by international card and their bank already has an installment program).

3. PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The 0% interest installment policy with Flexfit will help you optimize your cash flow by dividing payments into smaller amounts, easily managing your budget while ensuring the progress of interior construction. Specifically:

• 50% of the contract value: Paid immediately at the time of contract signing.
• The remaining 50%: Installments can be made within 6 months, starting from the time Flexfit announces the first delivery.

4. APPLICATION PERIOD

The installment policy only applies from March 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025.

To ensure optimal service quality, Flexfit only applies the installment policy to the first 5 contracts of the month.
